SummaryProvides care utilizing Case Worker Initial Interview, ongoing assessment, and family input. Begins discharge and follow-up planning at time of admission to the inpatient unit.
Qualifications- Bachelors Degree in Behavioral Health related or Human Services field (Psychology, Counseling, Rehab counseling, Social Work) required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in behavioral health setting preferred.
- Completion of a crisis prevention program or the equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible hours to include early morning, evening and weekend hours when required.
