Summary: Humano is seeking Warehouse Dock Workers/General Laborers/Unloaders for their warehouse in Taftville, Connecticut. This role involves various responsibilities such as unloading, loading, picking orders, palletizing, operating forklifts and other equipment, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring warehouse safety.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift 35-51 lbs. unassisted
• Willingness to train for various warehouse tasks
• Capable of standing for extended periods as needed

Responsibilities:

• Unloading trucks and loading trailers
• Maintaining cleanliness on the dock and ensuring warehouse safety
• Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve operational goals

Additional Information:

• Shift Options: 1st Shift Pay - $17.50 to $35.00/hour + production bonus
• 1st 7:00am-4:30pm with mandatory overtime
