The Residential Aide participates in the supervision and operation of the unit to ensure resident safety and engagement and building/grounds security. Implements all Program and Institute policies and procedures pertaining to the safety and security of residents, Institute property and the community.

This is a per diem position. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

High School Diploma required. Experience in social services, residential treatment, and/or custodial supervision desired. Valid Driver’s License with MVR acceptable to the organization, including no DUI/DWI in the past seven (7) years. Ideally, public service endorsement or ability to obtain endorsement within 30 days of hire.
