HVAC Technician

USA Mechanical is currently seeking an experienced and licensed commercial HVAC Technician with a valid D-2 or S-2 CT license, EPA certification, and an OSHA 10 certificate to service our growing commercial (no residential) account base. Must demonstrate the ability to effectively interact with others and work independently, exercising strong interpersonal skills for effective communication. Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure, as well as interpret and apply government and industry standards, is essential.

• Establish business relationships with internal and external customers.
• Provide guidance and support to USA Mechanical team.
• Maintain high productivity with quality outcomes.
• Help solve commercial HVAC related issues proactively.

• S-1 or S-2, D-1 or D-2 license in CT (Required)
• EPA Technician (Preferred)
• OSHA 10 (Preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• 1-5+ years of related experience
