This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in East Berlin, CT. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers, evaluating energy needs, and offering tailored solar energy solutions. The role involves educating homeowners about the benefits of solar energy, managing the sales process from start to finish, and achieving monthly sales goals. Building positive relationships with clients and collaborating with the team to enhance customer satisfaction are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Sales experience, including direct sales, customer acquisition, or account management
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time to meet sales goals
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems is preferred
- Motivated self-starter with a growth-oriented mindset and a passion for renewable energy
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree is a bonus
