We’re hiring entry-level B2B Sales Representatives to present businesses with the opportunity to upgrade their internet and business phone solutions via Frontier Communications. No sales background required — we train you from day one.

• Meet local business owners in person to introduce faster, more reliable fiber internet and business phone services
• Canvass your assigned territory to start conversations and generate new sales
• Learn how to confidently explain technology in a simple, relatable way
• Conduct on-site needs assessments with the support of your team
• Build real-world sales and communication skills that transfer to any career
• Track progress and celebrate wins with your team

• A people-person who is skilled at listening, understanding needs, and presenting solutions
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, insurance
• Must live in Connecticut and be able to commute daily to your territory
• Background check & drug screening (marijuana excluded)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Sales, telecom, or canvassing experience is a plus — not required

• 30k base plus uncapped commission with OTE of 75k-125k
• A quick sales cycle with reps closing sales their 2nd week
