Territory Manager - Hungary

We are a leading designer, manufacturer & marketer of products and systems for use in respiratory care, acute care, surgery and the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea.

This role is part of our ‘New Zealand Export’ business, where we distribute our products and technologies into 120+ countries via 200+ distributors across Latin America, Asia, Africa & Middle East and Eastern Europe.

We are now looking for a motivated medical sales professional to join our team as a Territory Manager based in Budapest, Hungary.

As a Territory Manager, you will:

• Manage and grow distributor relationships to drive sales and market share.
• Generate demand through driving clinical education, product evaluations, and strategic engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Provide strategic direction and support to in-market business partners.
• Deliver training and support to distributors and end users to ensure optimal use of F&P products.
• Collaborate with OEM customers and health authorities to position F&P as a trusted partner.
• Lead the implementation of business plans and sales strategies to achieve sustainable growth.

This role plays an important part in enabling a fundamental change in clinical practice through the implementation of our unique sales process that positions the business for strong and sustainable growth through robust distributor and customer relationships.

In this role, you will need to be a proactive and motivated self-starter with 3+ years commercial or medical device sales experience and/or have a biomedical or clinical background. You should also have strong facilitation, training, and presentation skills, and the ability to build relationships with distributors, clinicians, and healthcare authorities.
