They also support local communities through the TCC Gives program, which offers 16 paid volunteer hours per year, opportunities to submit grant requests up to $10,000 per quarter, and involvement in quarterly community initiatives such as School Rocks Backpack Giveaway, Teachers Rock, Rescues Rock (pet adoption), and Rock the Pantry (food drive). • Average Salary: $55-65,000 per year (Competitive Hourly Rate, Uncapped Commission, Bonuses, and Profit Sharing)

• Passionate customer advocate with desire to assist, advise and educate customers on wireless products and services.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction with focus on value to all customers. Conduct calls to customers seeking more information and maintain communication through company resources. Perform operational procedures including store opening and closing.
• Ambitious, self-driven individuals motivated by retail sales milestone goals.
• Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals.
• Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development.
• Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, grants, and more. Maintain a positive attitude, energy, and equal participation.

• At least a high school diploma.
• Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation; ability to work in multiple locations.
• Requires frequent standing and ability to stand, sit, walk, bend for extended periods; lift up to 10 pounds as needed.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% based on business needs.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
