As a Campus Retail Associate, you will provide superior customer service and support store leaders in all facets of retail operations to ensure optimal store performance.

• Assist with processing sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments.
• Provide a friendly atmosphere by greeting customers and focusing on their positive experience throughout their visit.
• Take initiative to support store operations including operating equipment and cash register while ensuring speed of service and accurate transactions.
• Keep the store looking fresh by shelving, arranging, cleaning, and organizing products or space within the store.
• Temporary positions require availability to work on a weekly basis for a period of 90 days or less with occasional weekends and flexibility for opening, midday, or closing shifts.
• Routine housekeeping including dusting, mopping, window cleaning, vacuuming, and trash removal.

• Frequent movement within the store to access various departments, areas, and/or products.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting.
• Occasional reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.

Temporary Bookseller pay rate: $16.50/hr.

• Daily pay earned wage access is available to all store employees.

Our stores comply with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements regarding social distancing and sanitizing. Positions may require confirmation of vaccination. Face mask use throughout the day and while on campus may also be expected or required.

• Minimum age 16 years to be considered for temporary employment.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Outstanding attitude with willingness to learn and capability to excel in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills.
• Flexible availability throughout the academic year including peak periods.
