Catering Wait Staff

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance and mannerism.
• Assist with set-up and breakdown of tables, linens, chairs, etc. for full service of catering/special events.
• Polish flatware and glassware to remove all visible water spots and ensure cleanliness.
• Provide excellent food and beverage service for catering/special events.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Maintain a sense of urgency when on the service floor.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
• Seek counsel from management when needed.
• Complete other assigned duties when necessary.
• Maintain clear and open communication between all staff members for overall event success.
• Follow health and safety practices at all times.

• Lift and carry banquet serving trays, which can weigh up to 35 lbs.
• Serve guests in a variety of settings, including crowded areas, which require agility

• Description: Per diem/On call
• FLSA: Non-exempt
• Classification: Staff
• Start Date: ASAP
• Pay range: $25/hr
