Position: Server - Part-time and full-time opportunities
Schedule: 20 to 40 hours a week. Weekends, holidays, and events as needed.
Pay: $18 per hour

Summary:
Join our culinary team and deliver hands-on, hospitality-focused service in a fine dining setting. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, we’ll train you to shine.
- Assists in maintaining a high level of customer service for our residents and their guests.
- Have knowledge of all current offerings and specials.
- Properly carry and handle service trays in a safe and professional manner.
- Learn the department’s steps of service throughout the meal period, answering questions, and making appropriate suggestions regarding food and beverages.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of side stations and equipment, reporting any equipment problems immediately to the manager.
Keep service items restocked as needed throughout the service period. - Fulfill all assigned side work during and prior to the end of your shift.
- Assists with dish washing and distribution of clean dishes if needed.
- Attends in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
- Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Ability to interpret and explain menu, refer, or answer questions, coordinate meal service process and understand requests.
- Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, management and peers.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.
