We are seeking dedicated and physically capable Production Operators for our Rope Mill facility. Candidates must have a proven track record of stable employment, particularly in a manufacturing or machine operation setting.

• Shifts:
  
  Available shifts are 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift hours available.

• Efficiently measure, cut, sow and assemble wires.
• Perform quality checks and inspections on finished and in-process products.
• Package outgoing orders and update inventory levels.
• Ensure machines are adequately supplied by replenishing stock.
• Safely lift and handle heavy supplies, requiring the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Utilize computer skills for accurate documentation and record-keeping.
• Maintain excellent attendance and follow all safety and operational protocols while standing for extended periods.

Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications, with an expected hourly wage of $18/hr
.

• A minimum of one year of stable work experience in each of your previous positions.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong foundational skills inφορά, reading, writing, and math.
• Excellent attendance record and the ability to work while standing.
• Prior Manufacturing (mfg) experience a plus!
• Trade school experience a plus.
• Experience reading and using measuring tools (e.g., tape measure, calipers).
