Precision CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary

As a Precision CNC Machine Operator, you will set up, operate and maintain at least one process machine (3 and 5 axis, rotary, assorted grinders, surface grinders, EDM machines, etc.). Maintain all quality and production records and assist with training as required.

Minimum starting salary $23.00 (higher salary based on skills). 2nd shift differential $2.00, 3rd shift differential $3.00. External hires eligible for a $3,000 sign on bonus. 401K benefits.

• Perform precision machine set‑up and wheel changes within standard set‑up times.
• Maintain all quality and production records, including tooling calibration and daily walk‑around.
• Maintain productivity, utilization, schedule and quality records and comply with all standards.
• Assist with training of Machine Trainees.
• Perform productive maintenance duties.
• Maintain 6S and housekeeping standards.
• Participate and promote continuous improvement activities.
• Achieve and maintain certified status.

• High school diploma / GED.
• 2 years related machining experience (manufacturing, industrial, labor related experience) preferred.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, fractions). Ability to interpret and follow instructions, prescribed routines, methods and practices.
• Ability to plan, perform and make decisions as to the sequence of set‑ups, operations and processes.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; verification of employment eligibility required at time of hire. Visa sponsorship not available.
