Base pay range: $32.00/hr - $52.00/hr
Owner & Headhunter | Manufacturing & Distribution FirmWe’re looking for skilled Mechanic Technicians to join a stable, family-owned manufacturing company near Bozrah, CT. This is a hands‑on role supporting production and keeping machinery running safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain motors, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Support production and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
- All shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
- Overtime opportunities available
- Experience in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and industrial equipment repair
