Commercial Lines Account Manager (Hybrid) About the Role

Join a dynamic and fast-paced insurance team as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a multi-generational, family‑run company that is in growth mode. You will play a pivotal role in managing commercial accounts, addressing clients’ insurance needs, and fostering long‑term relationships while contributing to the company’s expansion and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide proactive support to clients by addressing inquiries, policy changes, and claims processes.
  • Collaborate with producers and underwriters to design and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, renewals, and policy reviews to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling insurance products.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records in the agency management system.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial lines account management or a related insurance role.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build client relationships.
  • Proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
  • Compensation and Benefits
    • Competitive salary: $60,000 - $90,000.
