Commercial Lines Account Manager (Hybrid) About the Role
Join a dynamic and fast-paced insurance team as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a multi-generational, family‑run company that is in growth mode. You will play a pivotal role in managing commercial accounts, addressing clients’ insurance needs, and fostering long‑term relationships while contributing to the company’s expansion and success.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide proactive support to clients by addressing inquiries, policy changes, and claims processes.
- Collaborate with producers and underwriters to design and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, renewals, and policy reviews to clients.
- Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling insurance products.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records in the agency management system.
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $90,000.
