The OpportunityOur client is seeking an IT Analyst to join their Information Technology team. This hands‑on role provides front‑line technical support across all branch locations while contributing to the stability, security, and modernization of the bank’s technology environment.

What You’ll DoAs the IT Analyst, you will serve as a trusted technical resource for bank employees and a key contributor to daily IT operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing responsive technical support to employees across all branch locations
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and peripheral issues
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows 11 workstations
- Assisting with Windows Server administration and system maintenance
- Managing Active Directory accounts, groups, and access permissions
- Supporting VMware virtual server and workstation environments
- Providing support for Microsoft 365 applications and services
- Troubleshooting and maintaining printers, scanners, and basic network equipment
- Supporting the Insight Core Banking System and coordinating vendor escalations when needed
- Ensuring compliance with bank security policies, cybersecurity best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining accurate IT documentation, procedures, and asset inventory
- Coordinating with approved third‑party vendors for escalated technical issues
- Supporting Share File, Adobe Acrobat, and other core business applications
- Assisting with IT projects, system updates, and occasional off‑hours maintenance
- Traveling to branch locations as needed to perform on‑site support
Required qualifications:
- Proficiency with Windows 11 operating systems
- Working knowledge of Active Directory administration
- Familiarity with VMware virtualization
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize effectively
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Preferred qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience in banking or financial services IT environments
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with Microsoft 365 hybrid environments
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems or ITIL frameworks
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to travel between branch locations as needed
- Standard office environment with periodic off‑hours support
