Data Governance Engineer

• Document and map data flows, governance requirements, and lineage in collaboration with SMEs
• Design and implement tools and processes to improve data quality and accessibility
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze current data architecture and identify improvements
• Recommend and implement enhancements to published organizational data
• Analyze system integrations to optimize data flows
• Maintain data quality standards, monitoring, and validation processes

• 1-3 years relevant experience
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Understanding of data management principles, databases, and data architecture; proficiency in Python and SQL
• Analytical

  Strong problem-solving ability and root cause analysis
• Collaboration: Proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams
