Data Engineer, Data Analyst

Responsibilities- Document and map data flows, governance requirements, and lineage in collaboration with SMEs
- Design and implement tools and processes to improve data quality and accessibility
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze current data architecture and identify improvements
- Recommend and implement enhancements to published organizational data
- Analyze system integrations to optimize data flows
- Maintain data quality standards, monitoring, and validation processes
- 1-3 years relevant experience
- Technical
Skills:
Understanding of data management principles, databases, and data architecture; proficiency in Python and SQL - Analytical
Skills:
Strong problem-solving ability and root cause analysis - Collaboration: Proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, curiosity, adaptability, and critical thinking
- Education:
Bachelor's degree
