We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT-Security Administrator to join our team and take ownership of securing users, data, and assets. This role demands expertise in cybersecurity systems, proactive threat mitigation, and the ability to mentor and support the team. You will play a vital role in researching, evaluating, implementing, and maintaining security frameworks while driving security awareness across the organization.

• Security Oversight: Ensure company-wide security, protecting users, data, and assets.
• Awareness & Training: Educate, consult, and advise employees on cybersecurity best practices.
• Technical Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for various security systems.
• Security Research & Implementation: Conduct security assessments, research new threats, and implement solutions.
• Testing & Validation: Perform penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to enhance security posture.

• Risk & Vulnerability Assessment: Identify security risks and take corrective actions.

• 5+ years of experience in IT security, with a background as a Security Analyst
  .
• Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure (OSI model, IP, Windows, Azure, AWS, Network, Active Directory).
• Expertise in security tools such as MS Defender, Darktrace, Lansweeper, Trellix, Threat Down, Sentinel One, Pentera, Bit Sight, KnowBe4, Azure Security (the more, the better!).
• Experience in penetration testing and forensic analysis is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of Linux and Mac operating systems is a plus.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, Security+ are beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving skills with structured and transparent communication.
• Commitment to continuous learning and training others.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team approach

• Willingness to work outside business hours when necessary.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Proficiency in English (B2 or better);
  German is a bonus.
• Familiarity with GDPR, BSI Grundschutz, security frameworks, FIDO, MFA, and Conditional Access Policies
