The IAM (Identity and Access Management) Analyst II will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining the systems and processes that govern and enforce identity access policies across Diligent’s IT infrastructure. This role ensures that proper access controls are in place and continuously monitors and verifies the effectiveness of those controls. By joining the Diligent team, you’ll have the opportunity to enhance the security posture of a global organization, ensure compliance with industry standards, and provide essential expertise in the management of identity and access techniques.

This role requires good analytical, organizational and communication skills (internal, external, and to various levels of leadership), highly developed problem solving and project management skills.>

• Assist in implementing and managing IAM solutions across various platforms, including cloud and on‑premises environments.
• Help develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
• Provide technical support for the deployment and configuration of IAM systems, including role‑based access control, single sign‑on (SSO), and multi‑factor authentication (MFA).
• Conduct regular audits and access reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security policies.
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate IAM solutions into existing security architectures.
• Monitor IAM systems for security breaches and assist in incident investigations.
• Contribute to documenting IAM processes and procedures.

• 2+ years in Information Security or Information Technology related positions.
• BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Development/Engineering experience in building solutions using Java, Golang or any languages.
• Familiarity with IAM technologies (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, OAuth, SAML, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards related to IAM, such as NIST and ISO.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

• 1+ years of IAM Analyst experience.
• Proven experience in identity and access management, including implementation and maintenance of IAM solutions.
• Certifications in IAM and security domains (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
• Knowledge of advanced security practices and emerging threats in the IAM domain.
• AWS IAM and Identity Center experience.
• Okta or Entra experience.
