Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make an impact at a dynamic medical practice? We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to bring strategic alignment, innovative solutions, and a people-first approach to this critical role.
What You’ll Do:- Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters.
- Foster employee engagement and drive change initiatives.
- Deliver HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Support union relations, organizational planning, and compliance with employment laws.
- Bachelor’s degree required; PHR/SPHR or SHRM certifications preferred.
- 5+ years in HR, with 2+ years in union relations.
- Expertise in employee relations, performance management, labor laws, and HR systems.
- Strong communicator, ethical leader, and skilled conflict manager.
- Must have reliable transportation for travel between local work sites.
