Join us as a Convention Service Associate, partnering closely with our Convention Service Managers to coordinate group details, own room blocks, and support on‑site execution—while mastering Passkey, Opera/Infor PMS, and Delphi. If you’re detail‑driven and love fast‑paced teamwork, this is your springboard into Convention Services. Under the direction of Convention/Conference Service Managers, the incumbent assists the Convention/Conference Services staff by managing group hotel room blocks and providing administrative and on‑site support for events.

This role bridges the gap between sales, reservations, and event execution by coordinating logistics, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring exceptional service to clients, guests, and internal partners. Proficiency in hospitality systems, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment are essential. High school diploma or GED as well as one (1) year of related experience in one of the following departments:
Hotel Group Sales, Catering, Banquets, Convention Services, Front Desk and/or reservations, or an Associate’s degree (or higher) in Hospitality, Hotel, Sports & Entertainment and/or Restaurant Management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. The employee frequently is required to stand, lift and walk.
