Overview
Under the direction of the Spa Director, the incumbent manages all aspects of the day-to-day Spa operations and the related services including but not limited to: staff and therapist scheduling; payroll calculation; maintenance and housekeeping walk-through; the hiring, training, coaching, counseling and review of all Spa and Salon Supervisors, Front Desk Associates, Service Providers, Locker Room and Pool Attendants. Works with the Spa Director, Spa Supervisors, Front Desk Associates, Locker Room and Pool Attendants, and company management to ensure that excellence in operational and performance standards are set and met or exceeded.
Develops, monitors, trains and reviews staff levels, budgets and operational precepts. Maintains open communications with management, associates and guests. Provides an unequaled spa experience for our guests, owners and associates. Must be able to handle guest issues in a professional manner.

- Work with the Spa Director, Spa Supervisors, Front Desk Associates, Locker Room and Pool Attendants, and company management to ensure excellence in operational and performance standards are set and met or exceeded.

- High school diploma required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a licensed Massage Therapist and valid CT Massage Therapist license.
- Prior supervisory or management experience in a resort spa/salon required.
- Experience in staffing, staffing development, budget planning and oversight, inventory management, retail experience, forecasting, operational yield management and spa menu development.
- Computer and keyboard experience necessary.
