• Review Nutrition Screening Information, and where indicated, conduct full Nutrition Assessment on clients admitted to Stonington Institute within 72 hours of request.
• Develop curriculum for and conduct weekly nutrition education groups for clients in the PHP/IOP and Residential Programs.
• Assist and coordinate with Director of Dietary Services in the development and periodic review of food services, to include menu oversight and planning.
• In conjunction with other members of the multidisciplinary treatment team, plan and implement individualized care plans for clients in the PHP/IOP and Residential Programs.
• Work with treatment team to develop a discharge plan that addresses nutritional issues as indicated.
• Work with Director of Nursing to develop education components of program based on community needs.

This is a full-time position. Travel between Groton and North Stonington locations is required.

• Registered Dietitian with a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics/Nutrition and 3 years' experience in the clinical dietetics/nutritional therapy field.
