• Provide in‑home care and companionship to clients recovering from strokes, concussions, and brain injury.
• Ensure client safety, organization, and medical needs are met.
• Assist with therapeutic rehabilitation homework and medication reminders.
• Engage clients in social entertainment, meaningful employment, money management, and social skills activities.
• Collaborate with team members to support client well‑being in community settings.

• 1–2 years of home health care experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car.
• Strong time‑management and organizational consistency.
• Proficiency with smartphone and tablet technologies.
• Background check and pre‑employment drug testing required.
• Adherence to dress code policy.
• Experience helping people recover from strokes, concussions, or brain injury.
• Ability to work in community settings with interdisciplinary team members.
