DescriptionA.B.I. RESOURCES is currently hiring home support staff for statewide openings.
Essential Duties- Provide direct line‑of‑sight supervision to our ABI client/clients and teach vocational and life skills.
- Work toward designated program goals with assigned client/clients and aid them in all aspects of community integration.
- Supervise clients’ progress toward documented independent life skills goals.
- Ensure continued delivery of quality client‑focused services while promoting independence, health, and safety.
- Responsible for supervising their assigned client/clients’ progress toward independent life skills goals.
- Provide direct line‑of‑sight supervision and ensure quality service delivery.
Desired experience: 1 year working with individuals who have had strokes, concussions, anoxia, hypoxia, closed brain injury, open (penetrating) brain injury, and other traumatic brain injuries within community settings.
- Drug screen and criminal background check required.
- Drivers license required.
Dependent on experience.
