We are seeking a Mobile Program Coordinator to lead the planning, delivery, and follow‑up of Affinity Esports programs across our partner locations. This role requires an energetic and organized individual who thrives in dynamic environments, balancing event logistics, curriculum delivery, and technical troubleshooting with participant and parent engagement. The Mobile Program Coordinator ensures programs run seamlessly from start to finish, creating safe, inclusive, and impactful experiences for all participants.
This position requires travel to pick up and transport equipment to partner locations for programming and a commitment to representing Affinity Esports’ mission of healthier, purposeful gaming.
- Program planning or coordination experience
- Experience working with kids/teens
- Strong technical gaming knowledge or teaching experience
- Valid driver’s license required
- Demonstrable and related experience
- Commute to studios and mobile locations across CT
- Knowledge of coding, game creation and live streaming
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong troubleshooting under pressure
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Passion for gaming, engagement, and teaching
