• Responsibility within a global commodity for product related material (PRM) for different CLAAS plants (Hungary and abroad)
• Managing all purchasing activities in alignment with the global strategy of Commodity Gearboxes as well as in connection with internal stakeholders within CLAAS
• Coordination and control of all product-related strategic purchasing activities
• Cross functional collaboration
• Professional preparation and independent implementation of purchasing negotiations up to the conclusion of the contract, including drafting of development and framework supply contracts
• Supporting the achievement of C-Q-D (Cost-Quality-Delivery) goals in development projects through the early integration of high-performance suppliers
• Follow up and steering of supplier performance
• Observation and analysis of the global procurement market and the derivation of potential as well as cost reduction measures in collaboration with the internal company interfaces

• Completed studies, preferably in the field of business administration/industrial engineering
• First years of professional experience in strategic purchasing as well as in depth knowledge of contract law
• Skills and experience in project management, as well as a high technical affinity
• Comprehensive experience in negotiations
• Very good entrepreneurial and analytical thinking skills as well as an independent, flexible and efficient way of working
• Act confidently at internal and external management levels
• Experience in working together in an interdisciplinary and intercultural environment
• Very good communication and teamwork skills as well as business fluent English skills
• Confident use of MS Office and SAP
• Strong willingness to travel
