Project Engineer – Corr Tech, Inc. – 3 days ago.

Full-time

• Minimum: BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field
• 5+ years of experience in corrosion, construction, water/wastewater, or utilities
• NACE CP2+ certification required
• Physical capabilities related to frequent standing, kneeling, walking, occasional confined space, climbing, and working at height required; may need to lift/pull up to 50 lbs
• Site clearance:
  Ability to pass a DOT drug test and a background check (back to 18th birthday) is required for access to certain facilities

• Perform on‑site technical evaluations, testing, inspections, and installations; create field data, notes, photo documentation, and other required project documentation
• Write exceptional field reports, annual survey reports, and typewritten data using Microsoft Word and Excel; draw conclusions and make recommendations as needed
• Interpret specifications and construction plans to create submittals, order, and verify project materials
• Manage the Corr Tech operation with subcontractors as required for project execution
• Adhere to Corr Tech safety plan, specific site safety plan, and OSHA regulations; lead tail‑gate safety reviews, oversee, and ensure compliance with project job hazard analyses
• Maintain familiarity with test equipment and supplies, staging, hand and power tools, and maintenance requirements

• Strong work ethic, responsiveness, and passion for customer service and quality

• Positive attitude and supportive of clients and coworkers
• Ability to work independently and with a project team as required
