A university is seeking an SSS-STEM Academic Coordinator responsible for coordinating support and engagement programs for traditionally underrepresented students. This role encompasses advising, mentoring, and leading academic success initiatives to improve retention and graduation in STEM fields. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in student support, as well as strong communication and analytical skills.
This is a full-time position based in Storrs, Connecticut.
