Spa Front Desk Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Spa Director, provide superior hands‑on guest service by offering informed and accurate sales and booking strategies.
• Train all Front Desk Associates on operating standards and procedures.
• Pass a basic math test.
• Prioritize and multi‑task efficiently.
• Work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in hospitality guest service or spa salon areas, or one (1) year of experience as a designated trainer in a customer‑service related field.
• Demonstrated competency in guest service and excellent customer service.
• Knowledge and experience using salon/spa software and other related systems.
• Ability to clearly and professionally articulate the benefits and sales points of all retail, treatments, and services offered.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Patient, friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
• Proficient computer skills with keyboard agility.
• Ability to read and understand documents such as policy and procedure manuals, fire and safety procedures, e‑mails, memos, itineraries, and schedules.
• Flexibility is essential.
