The Director of Construction is a leadership position responsible for ensuring projects coming out of design by the Design Coordinator are watertight from a construction, cost, and execution standpoint. Ensure the team of PMs is dedicated, educated, excellent, and accountable. The Director of Construction ensures that our production team is upholding the values and promises presented to the client during our preconstruction and sales process.
Each project hits our high standards based on quality of work, organization, job logs, photos, schedules, checklists, identification of issues, and rapid resolution.
