• High school diploma (minimum)
• Demonstrate technical capabilities in construction field
• Physical capabilities related to frequent standing, kneeling, walking, occasional confined space, climbing and working  be required to lift/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Site Clearance:
  Ability to pass a DOT drug test and a background check (back to 18th birthday)

• Perform field testing, inspections, and installation in accordance with project requirements, Corr Tech Standard Operating Procedures, and identification by the Corr Tech project manager.
• Create field data, notes, photo documentation as required by the project; produce field reports, annual survey reports, and typewritten data using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Perform QA/QC of materials and installation in accordance with construction plans and specifications.
• Familiarity with construction materials and validate project materials comply with specifications and job requirements.
• Understand and carry out instructions, following standard operating procedures.
• Adhere to Corr Tech safety plan, site safety plan, OSHA regulations, and the project job hazard analysis.

• Strong work ethic, responsiveness, and passion for customer service and quality.
• Leadership qualities while being an integral part of the working team.
• Strong communication and detail-orientation.
• Positive attitude, supportive of clients and coworkers.
• Ability to work independently and with the project team as required.
