Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth within the aerospace, defense, and government sectors. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, managing proposals, and securing government contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research aerospace and defense markets; identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and government agencies.
  • Lead proposal development and ensure compliance with government requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in coordination with legal and finance teams.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality to ensure successful contract execution.
  • Maintain knowledge of defense regulations and competitive market intelligence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in engineering, sales, or marketing, preferably in aerospace, defense, or government sectors.
  • Strong technical understanding of aerospace products and manufacturing capabilities.
  • Proficient in Excel and Access with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
