As a Senior Supply Chain Manager
, you will play a key role in ensuring product availability across Emma’s wholesale and offline channels by translating demand signals into efficient supply planning and inventory strategies
. You will work cross‑functionally to optimize stock levels, improve planning processes, and support scalable growth across European markets while strengthening our end‑to‑end supply chain performance
.

What you’ll do:
  • Align market demand and retailer commitments with Emma’s overarching supply chain strategy.
  • Calculate supply needs and maintain optimal inventory levels across European regions to ensure product availability for key wholesale partners.
  • Design, refine, and implement efficient supply planning processes that integrate multiple data sources and best‑in‑class planning logics.
  • Plan mid and long‑term supply requirements and translate forecasts into actionable planning actions.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with procurement, logistics, demand planning, production, and country teams to solve supply bottlenecks and deliver seamless execution.
  • Shape and support the development of Emma’s S&OP framework for offline supply operations.
  • Communicate forecasts, constraints, and planning insights with internal and external stakeholders to support transparency and performance.
Who we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Informatics or related field.
  • Proven experience in supply planning or inventory management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability, with experience handling complex datasets and business insights.
  • Process‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Experience with supply planning tools, data analytics software, or ERP planning modules is a plus.
