Role Description

The Sales Manager position is a full-time, on-site role based in Baltic, CT. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships to achieve revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading sales teams, monitoring market trends, preparing forecasts and sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align strategies and meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications
  • Strong background in sales and business development, with proficiency in client relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with market analysis, strategic planning, and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, with proven organizational and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
