We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Account Executive to join our Envision Medical Communications team, specifically within our Envision 90
TEN agency. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop your skills while contributing to successful project and program delivery for our clients. As an Assistant Account Executive, you will be a key part of our account team, providing administrative, organisational and project coordination support.
For UK based candidates applying to this role, we are looking for someone to work hybrid from either our Battersea, London or Wilmslow, Cheshire office.
How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group? Role responsibilities- Project Management and Delivery:
Support the preparation of project timelines, maintain project tracking information, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. - Client Interaction:
Assist in preparing materials for client-specific systems, respond to queries, and provide project assets to external organizations or suppliers. - Administrative Support:
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and meeting notes, and follow up on action items. - Information Management:
Undertake information retrieval and evaluation and manage documents according to company policies.
- Preferably educated to BSc level or above in a scientific discipline.
- Prior experience in a project administration or coordination role would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated passion for science , and eagerness to make an impact in the medical communications industry.
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- A problem-solving mindset, with a high level of attention.
- A willingness to learn, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
