Provide administrative support to the Senior Nutrition Program/ Meals On Wheels office. Manage incoming phone calls and voicemail, email messages, process Meals On Wheels referrals, operate Meals‑on‑Wheels software programs, cover the Meals‑on‑Wheels desk, and assist the Meals On Wheels Coordinator with paperwork and reports. 30‑hour per week position.

• Associate’s Degree or High School diploma plus two years of related work experience.
• Considerable computer usage knowledge including Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Typing speed of 60 words per minute with minimal errors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a working knowledge of correct grammar and spelling.
• Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls and comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Knowledge of Spanish preferred.
• Current CT driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
