We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to join our client's team in Preston, Connecticut. In this role you will play a vital role in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance. If you have a strong attention to detail and expertise in bookkeeping, this opportunity is ideal for you.

Responsibilities:

- Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

- Handle accounts receivable tasks, including generating invoices and overseeing collections.

- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial records align with bank statements.

- Prepare and distribute invoices to clients while addressing any discrepancies.

Requirements

- Proven experience in bookkeeping within a detail-oriented environment.

- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
