Through our e-commerce platform, Mowersplus, we offer over 750,000 unique products, operating at significant scale across both physical and digital channels.
As part of an exciting period of transformation and growth, we are looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Customer Service Operations Coordinator to join our team.

The RoleThis is a varied and hands‑on position combining:
- Operational coordination
- Administrative accuracy
You will play a key role in driving sales growth across small machines, parts, accessories and hire equipment — while ensuring every customer receives a professional and positive experience from first enquiry through to aftersales support.
Key Responsibilities Sales and Customer Experience- Drive sales in line with company targets
- Act as the first point of contact for showroom customers
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, online platforms and in person
- Identify opportunities to upsell parts and accessories
- Support professional machine handovers including safe‑use briefings
- Process sales transactions, raise invoices and take payments
- Maintain accurate CRM records and GDPR compliance
- Book service work and create job cards
- Liaise with workshop and warehouse teams
Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency
Support health & safety standards across the business
About YouWe’re looking for someone who is:
- ✔Experienced in a customer‑facing sales, retail or service role
- ✔Confident handling enquiries, payments and CRM systems
- ✔Organised with strong attention to detail
- ✔A clear communicator with a customer‑first mindset
- ✔Proactive, reliable and team‑oriented
- ✔Keen to learn and develop strong product knowledge
A background in machinery or technical products is advantageous but not essential.
