Starting salary is £12.47 per hour, however rates increase with training and progression.

Full time, Permanent.

• Week 1: 6 am – 6 pm, Monday to Wednesday
• Week 2: 6 am – 6 pm, Thursday to Saturday
• Week 3: 6 pm – 6 am, Monday to Wednesday

With our rotating shift pattern, you get 7 rest days every 3 weeks.

We are currently recruiting a Production Operative to support our busy manufacturing facility. The role includes ensuring product quality consistently meets and exceeds customer specifications, with a focus on continual process improvement. You will also have the opportunity to progress into Gravure Printer or Colour Mixer positions.

• Ensure product quality meets and exceeds customer specifications.
• Maintain production targets through continuous process improvement.

• Excellent observational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Use of own initiative to resolve problems.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Prioritise daily tasks to maintain efficiency and housekeeping standards.
• Experience with manual handling.
• Good time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ppt/flt/bendi licence would be an advantage but is not essential.
