As a Care Practitioner on our Day Shift team, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents and enhancing their quality of life.

• Participating in all required training to maintain high standards of care
• Assisting residents with personal care, hygiene, mealtime support, and participation in daily activities
• Offering emotional support and companionship to foster a warm, inclusive atmosphere
• Encouraging residents to pursue their hobbies, interests, and routines to lead enriched lives
• Upholding the cleanliness and safety standards within the care home
• Collaborating closely with team members to ensure all resident needs are met in a flexible, responsive manner

• A positive, compassionate, and enthusiastic attitude
• A genuine interest in the health and social care field; experience is a plus, but not essential
• Flexibility to adapt to shift patterns that best serve our residents
