Administrator

We’re looking for an experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail to support our Wealth Managers in a fast‑paced wealth management environment.
In this role, you will provide high‑quality administrative and client service support to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of client activity, supporting both operational tasks and client communications. You will help prepare documentation, manage workflows, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a seamless client experience.
Key Duties- Provide administrative support to Wealth Managers, ensuring timely completion of daily tasks
- Prepare client documentation, reports, and meeting packs
- Manage client correspondence, including emails, letters, and follow‑up communications
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure data integrity across internal systems
- Liaise with providers, platforms, and internal teams to progress applications, transactions, and servicing requests
- Track and manage workflow items to ensure deadlines and compliance standards are met
- Support compliance efforts by ensuring processes follow regulatory guidelines
- Proven administrative experience, ideally in a professional or fast‑paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite)
- Experience working in financial services, wealth management, or a regulated environment
- Knowledge of UK financial products, platforms, or advice processes
- Familiarity with CRM systems and workflow tools (e.g. Salesforce)
- Progress toward professional qualifications (e.g., CII) is beneficial but not required
