Local CDL A Driver - $26.50 Per Hour - Touch Freight

Trans Force is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Concord, NC.

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL A Details

• Schedule:
  
  Monday - Friday, 10pm Start time, 10+ hour shifts, 50+ hours per week

• Pay: $26.50 Per Hour + OT after 40 hours

• Route Type:
  Local, 1 - 2 Stops per day, delivering to NC/SC/GA/TN/VA

• Freight / Load Type:
  Office Supplies/ Furniture

• Equipment:
  Automatic trucks

• Handling:
  Touch freight, unload with manual pallet jack using lift gate & docks

CDL A Minimum Requirements:

• License: CDL A

• Experience:
  
  2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience

• Endorsements:
  None

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL A Responsibilities:

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes

• Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards

• Perform required handling tasks including touch freight with manual pallet jack

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
