- Pay rate: $85,000–$90,000 annually
- Sign‑on bonus: up to $10,000 (depending on experience)

- Inspect the tractor‑trailer for defects pre‑/post trip and submit DOT inspection reports.
- Inspect bill of lading and store keys accurately for off‑hour deliveries.
- Drive the tractor‑trailer to destination, applying commercial driving regulations and navigating the vehicle on the road and customer premises.
- Maintain driver logs (manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipts, product temperatures and exceptions.
- Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A)
- At least 1 year or 50 000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience
- Meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely, including work instructions, safety protocols, and communications.
