• Pay rate: $85,000–$90,000 annually
• Sign‑on bonus: up to $10,000 (depending on experience)
• Day 1 benefits: medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, and company‑paid life insurance
• Paid holidays, vacation time, and sick leave accrue from day 1

• Inspect the tractor‑trailer for defects pre‑/post trip and submit DOT inspection reports.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys accurately for off‑hour deliveries.
• Drive the tractor‑trailer to destination, applying commercial driving regulations and navigating the vehicle on the road and customer premises.
• Maintain driver logs (manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipts, product temperatures and exceptions.
• Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A)
• At least 1 year or 50 000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience
• Meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely, including work instructions, safety protocols, and communications.
