We are seeking a Principal React Native Developer to contribute to the evolution and scalability of our mobile platform. In this role, you will help define best practices, drive platform improvements, and enable product teams to build React Native experiences efficiently and reliably.

You will be a hands-on contributor to platform design, modularization, and shared infrastructure while collaborating closely with other senior engineers to shape the mobile strategy.### The Skills You Bring

* Minimum Qualifications:

*** 7+ years of relevant experience
* Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field(s) of study or equivalent
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Highly preferred: 5+ years of software engineering experience
* Highly preferred: 3+ years working with React Native in production environments
* Strong experience with JavaScript/Type Script and modern React patterns
* Experience with native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java) development
* Experience building reusable, modular components and shared platforms for mobile apps
* Comfortable contributing to architectural discussions and platform decision
* Familiarity with React Native New Architecture (Turbo Modules, Fabric)
* Experience with Expo preferred
* Experience with modularization strategies in large mobile apps
* CI/CD and release automation for mobile apps
* Performance optimization and observability in mobile apps
* Experience supporting multiple product teams via shared mobile infrastructure
* Strong collaborator and contributor in platform strategy
* Systems thinker with attention to maintainability and scalability
* Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
* Clear communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders
