Job Description
- To complete general and skilled apartment/building maintenance
- To troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and painting
- To support repair requests, work orders, and preventive maintenance
- To work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- To provide own tools on-site
- Well-rounded experience in property, building, hotel, or commercial maintenance
- EPA Type II or Universal certification required
- Ability to complete repairs across multiple trades
- Must provide own tools
- Reliable transportation
- $21 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Health, dental, and vision insurance options
- PTO or sick leave (as applicable by state/local law)
