Provide customer service to clients and visitors;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision;
Conduct regular and random patrols of office, campus, and/or data center areas, including interior and exterior perimeter checks;
Monitor access points and security-related systems as assigned, help to deter unauthorized entry, and document unusual activity according to site procedures;
Complete detailed reports and logs for patrols, incidents, and service requests, escalating concerns through the appropriate chain of communication
