The Role:Acquisitions Agent (Sales)
As an Acquisitions Agent, you are the front line of revenue and impact
.
You’ll spend your time:
- Meeting sellers in person
- Building trust
- Negotiating deals
- Turning conversations into signed contracts
This is a relationship-driven, consultative sales role with strong lead flow, clear systems, and a leadership team that values growth and accountability.
What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day- Running 8–10 in-person appointments per week across the Charlotte Metro
- Talking to sellers, uncovering motivation, and presenting solutions
- Negotiating purchase terms that create win-win outcomes
- Following up relentlessly (because deals are in the follow-up)
- Building relationships with agents, brokers, and wholesalers
- Collaborating with the team to get contracts across the finish line
- Managing leads, tasks, and notes in Salesforce
- Keeping files organized in Dropbox
- Showing up engaged for sales training, coaching, and personal development
This role is a great fit if you:

- Proven sales experience (real estate is a plus, not required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to attend in-person appointments throughout the Charlotte Metro
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- High level of organization and time management
- Ability to set goals, execute plans, and hit deadlines
