The Lead Team Member maintains store cleanliness, organization, and customer service excellence. Responsibilities include assisting customers, operating registers, stocking, cleaning, and supporting store leadership in their absence.

• Provide superior customer service and product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Assist with merchandising and product displays.
• Operate cash registers and assist with checkout processes.
• Perform cleaning duties and store resets.
• Support opening and closing procedures under supervision.

• Effective communication skills.
• Understanding of safety policies.
• Ability to follow planograms and perform basic math.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds.
• Exposure to outdoor weather and cleaning chemicals occasionally.
